"Very Poor Commincation"

A review of The Carphone Warehouse by Unhappy Past Customer written on Friday 14th of July 2017

I have called your Shinfield branch, 1st the number out of date, a message gave the new number, far to fast to write it down, had to listen twice to get it .

Then rang new number, on hold for 5minutes, then told no one available take call, ring again later.

All in all a very poor service to a customer who has purchased at least 3 phones.
