"Disappointing Experience"

A review of Warnercomm Fone Connections by Ade Holland written on Friday 25th of January 2019

Dissapointing.charged for attempted repairs having been assured it was something they could undertake, only to be told they would send the phone to London for final repair.

I was charged £25 for both failed attempts.

After complaining I received a £10 refund.

As a consequence I award them one star, and four blank stars for incompetency..
